National Cylinder Tracking
While all major gas suppliers have some capabilities to use barcode / serial number tracking, that capability is of limited use if it is not used on all the cylinders. The issue with limited use is that if another contractor takes your large cylinders off the jobsite and returns or exchanges them, if that contractor does not have cylinder number tracking those cylinders will not be scanned, and will never be identified as having come from your site.

But cylinder can often be brought by contractor employees to different jobs, making it hard to reconcile the rental and any lost cylinders at the end of the job. Nippon Sanso Matheson’s advanced cylinder management means that we can identify what job the cylinders were on, and when closing out the jobsite, we can identify, by serial number and barcode, what cylinders are missing.
Reducing Loss of Use

Often with cylinders moving from jobsite to jobsite, with other gas suppliers it becomes almost impossible to determine what cylinder went missing from what jobsite, or if there are even cylinders missing. With our tracking, we can provide you lists of any cylinders that have not been returned or exchanged in 6 months, a year, or more, as well as what jobsite they were rented on. We Bring Our Own Lifts
