Nippon Sanso Matheson was recognized with CGA Safe Facility Performance Awards in four separate categories. The CGA Safe Facility Performance Awards recognize U.S. and Canadian facilities of CGA member companies that have maintained an incident-free safety performance record for a defined period of time.
- 35 Nippon Sanso Matheson facilities achieved Bronze Level – 250,000 Hours or 5 Years with no lost time work accidents
- 7 Nippon Sanso Matheson facilities achieved Silver Level – 500,000 Hours or 10 Years with no lost time work accidents
- 1 Nippon Sanso Matheson facility achieved Gold Level – 750,000 Hours or 15 Years with no lost time work accidents
- 1 Nippon Sanso Matheson facility achieved the Gold 1-Star Level – 1,000,000 Hours or 20 Years with no lost time work accidents.

was awarded the CGA Environmental Recognition Award for Leak Detection and Reduction of Leaks at Packaged Gas Plants Using Acoustic Imager Leak Detectors. The CGA Environmental Recognition Awards are presented annually to deserving individuals, teams, or facilities that have conducted activities that meet defined criteria for environmental excellence.
