Adiel
In her role, Adiel helps manage a high volume of customer payments, with her team processing up to 3,000 ACH transactions totaling around $25 million each week. Her responsibilities include reviewing remittances, organizing payment data, ensuring payments are received from the bank on time and in the correct amounts, and confirming everything is applied accurately. She also supports daily team operations by guiding priorities, training new hires, and assisting with troubleshooting when issues arise.
One of the most formative moments in Adiel’s career came during the COVID‑19 pandemic, when her team navigated a transition to a new accounting software. Amid evolving processes and limited real‑time training and IT support due to time zone differences, she quickly mastered the system while maintaining operational continuity during a particularly demanding period. The experience became one of her proudest accomplishments, strengthening her ability to adapt, problem‑solve, and lead through uncertainty. As she puts it, “I learned to move forward even when the path wasn’t clear.”
Adiel values the collaborative nature of her team and the role each person plays in their shared success. She appreciates Nippon Sanso Matheson’s flexible work environment, which has enabled her to balance her career while raising her children. She also finds value in the company’s focus on organization and safety, which helps create a structured and supportive workplace.
Outside of work, Adiel enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, walking, and volunteering at her church. She encourages others to maintain a positive mindset and be supportive teammates, especially during busy or challenging times. Her approach reflects a steady commitment to both her work and the people around her.
